Intermittent Fasting(IF) Rock stars

The rules:
1. You MUST take "before photos" of the front, back, side in your undies. (For yourself...not for us...seeing is believing when you feel like nothing is happening. Scales lie. Photos don't)
2. You MUST weigh in on day 1. Post yours in the discussions below.
3. I fast Sun from 7pm to 7am (36hrs MWF). Then eat TH, Sat and Sun . Shift this as needed to fit your schedule. Some ppl fast 12 hours every day OR do 16 hours Fast etc..
4. Your caloric intake MUST be a deficit from your "very inactive" BMR to lose AT LEAST 1lb a week. (*NOTE: if you lift regularly or heavy, DO NOT attempt more than 1lb a week at this deficit. You can do 2lbs or more if you are not active)
5. Figure out your caloric intake by using the TTDE calculator link in comments below
6. If you need help or are not making your goals, then ASK for help. We got you, boo.
7. Positive vibes only. You got this. We got this!
8. Drink LOTS AND LOTS of water/tea. Caffeine helps, but no sugar and no creamer!
9. Last, and most important, log everything that goes in your mouth. EVERYTHING.If you aren't good with guessing how many ounces or grams, get a scale and get better at guessing after a week or two of practice.
