This week I plan to burn at least 2,500 calories with exercise and lose 1 pound. I did yoga on Monday, some random cardio and abdominal exercises on Tuesday and I ran 4 miles on Wednesday. Thursday is my rest day and then I will run 3 miles on Friday and 6 miles on Saturday. So, I think I am in pretty good shape to reach…
