Hi all, I am a 4th-time mom, just welcomed my daughter on November 1st. Looking to get back in shape! I love to run mostly but also bike, swim and enjoy a good spin class. I am breastfeeding so the weight loss needs to be slow and steady. Looking forward to connecting!

Ladies - I need help! Will power is brilliant through the week, I'm really focused on both workouts and my meal plan but the weekend I fall well off the wagon :disappointed: My husband works shifts so when he's off at the weekend we tend to do what's easiest so we can spend more time together.
