This group was really created so I could have a separate area to log my training and progress towards the Dirty Dash (http://dirtydash.com). I welcome anyone who wants to join in and we can work together.
What to expect?
I'm preparing for my first Sparten Sprint in Ottawa on June 16th. Can anyone tell me what to expect?
