What to expect?

I'm preparing for my first Sparten Sprint in Ottawa on June 16th. Can anyone tell me what to expect? I'm trying to improve my upper body strenghth because I am most concerned about failing challenges that require a lot of upper body strenghth. The good news is my Cardio is excellent and i'm probably one of the few people who actually like doing burpees!! I am also doing a Dirty Dash this year in July and thinking about doing the Apocalypse Run in New Hampshire on August 31st. Need lots of encouragement and advice.
