Chronic Illness-Living with EDS (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome)

I was recently diagnosed with EDS and i have many of the issues that have been known to be associated with it. Having a chronic illness such as EDS makes it so diifficult to exercise and eat fresh fruits and veggies, or eat at all.
