I was doing great last week! Went the entire week without eating after supper at all and yesterday I had a huge bowl of cereal before I went to bed and Saturday and Sunday were not good days either! Anyone else struggling or is it just me?

Tonight will be Day 2 of no snacking at night. Last night was a little difficult, so I stayed in my room and avoided the kitchen until I can get stronger at this. My body is just so used to that nightly snack that it craves it.
