Hello friends! So happy to be here with you all. I have a number of goals for October, but I'd really like to lose 2-5 more pounds, eat minimal sweets, and track my calories at least half of the days in this month. What are your October goals?
What thoughts help, what thoughts hurt?
So, to work off of Jon's idea of laying out your thoughts for the day, what thoughts are helping you to work towards your fitness goals? Are you finding any thoughts sneaking in that distract you from your goals, or worse, sabotage them?
