January goals???

Did anyone make some January goals? If so, how are you doing? Mine is to maintain my exercise habits, and put more vegetables on my plate. (I was raised in a meat-and-potatoes family, so this has been a challenge.) Easiest way is a little weird - I've started snacking on frozen vegetables, especially after a workout. I don't know why it works for me, but it does. And eating more soups. It's amazing how many soups still taste good with a couple of cups of fresh spinach added.
