Glad this group was started - I'm starting Monday the 15th. (Planned to last week, but got sidetracked by 1) a very bad cold/cough, and 2) my dad visiting from out of town this week). Since I'm still not over the cold/cough (bad cough) - I figured setting Monday gives me a few more days to recover.
Hey guys, I just wanted to see where everyone was at this point. If you've started yet, what day you're on, etc. Also, you're feelings towards the program so far.
I have TurboFire and TurboFire Advanced DVDs. I was disappointed to find out that the workout schedule in TurboFire is not correct, as I did not receive Lower 20 and Upper 20 with the Advanced Workout DVDS. My question is do you follow the TurboFire Workout schedule or do you create your own?
Anyone doing TurboFire without Shakeology?
