How Not to Diet Readers

I'm a huge fan of Dr. Greger (nutritionfacts.org) when it comes to my health. I've struggled with losing 25 pounds for so long, and finally, after reading his book that just came out in December (How Not to Diet) I'm down 10 pounds while still eating tons of food.

If you have or are also reading his book, or would like to, please join the group to discuss take-aways, which tweaks you are trying, and your implementation intentions. I've got 15 more pounds to lose and would love to have WFPB like-minded friends to share ideas with.
