New- need to lose 100lbs

I'm looking for support, encouragement, like-minded community, and especially prayer!

I just finished How Not to Die about 5 minutes ago. I downloaded his app and I'm ready to go!

The conclusion was so helpful... I need to reset my dopamine! I'm ready to beat salty, sugary, fatty food addiction once and for all!

I now know WHAT TO EAT. Now my struggle is how to NOT EAT the things I desperately crave but know are slowly killing me!

Those who beat food addiction: How long did it take? Any special tips?

    It’s tough. For me there was a video from Dr klapper I think it was. I was diagnosed as type 2. Fo me it helps to look at process food as “that’s what made me sick” and make it an non issue. The cravings go away as long as the food doesn’t sneak back in.
