I have been having a hard time meeting my daily calorie intake. I use a lot of veggies but they are few in calories. How do you meet your calorie goal for the day?
I have breakfast and lunch pretty well figured out. It's dinner that is the problem. We need to stay within the restraints of our diet but it is hard to reach the calorie goal. (This is another discussion) Please share any dinner recipes you might have or have ideas about. Thank you!
