In case you were wondering... One (1) glazed Krispy Kreme doughnut is 222 calories. I had four of those for a total of 888 calories and one (1) chocolate iced glazed is 260 calories. I had one of those... for a grand total of 1148 calories in Krispy Kreme... GUH.. NEVER AGAIN!
When you want to add the stairs to your cardio for the day - it's under walking/stairs. Then you put in how many minutes you did the stairs.
No surprise that a report will not provide accurate stats if you do not save the daily entries. Ugghhh! Go team go!
