How many calories IS a Krispy Kreme Doughnut?

In case you were wondering... One (1) glazed Krispy Kreme doughnut is 222 calories. I had four of those for a total of 888 calories and one (1) chocolate iced glazed is 260 calories. I had one of those... for a grand total of 1148 calories in Krispy Kreme... GUH.. NEVER AGAIN!
