Hey guys, how was week 1? for me it was alright, I liked TF, I'm not too into the punching stuff, but I got used to it by the end of the week. I lost like a lb. but my eating wasn't the greatest. How did today go! I loved the workout, it was fun.
General TF Questions
So I'm borrowing the DVDs from my sister who bought the set recently, she's a week ahead of me so we alternate DVDs. She tells me I'll need some stretch or resistance bands. Any one know what kind? The yoga ones or the ones with handles? What equipment, if any, came with your turbo fire set?
