How did today go! I loved the workout, it was fun.
So I'm borrowing the DVDs from my sister who bought the set recently, she's a week ahead of me so we alternate DVDs. She tells me I'll need some stretch or resistance bands. Any one know what kind? The yoga ones or the ones with handles? What equipment, if any, came with your turbo fire set?
