So I'm borrowing the DVDs from my sister who bought the set recently, she's a week ahead of me so we alternate DVDs. She tells me I'll need some stretch or resistance bands. Any one know what kind? The yoga ones or the ones with handles? What equipment, if any, came with your turbo fire set?

Mine came with a green lower body toning band (like the yoga ones) but I also purchased separately a couple resistance bands (with handles) for the toning and core classes. Hope that helps.0 -
