Good morning ladies. Just trying to stay in good health. 64 here went for a 4 mile walk this morning. Come Jan. 2023 competing in a 1/2 marathon 13.1 miles. Need all the motivation I can get.
i'm 60...
Looking to see if there's a 60 and older group here. I will be 61 in February. Want to lose 25 or 30 pounds. Lost 5 so far.
chronic pain
I am 64 and I suffer from chronic pain and fibromyalgia and was told to try and lose some weight and do some exercise. This is my attempt at trying to increase my quality of life in my retirement years. If you are interested join me and lets support one another
