A box of chocolates called LIFE
Hi, I am 81 and thought I was in great health but suddenly had severe heart blockage and received ai pacemaker! I don’t remember ever feeling this good! So now I am inspired to work on losing 15 pounds and getting more exercise! Thanks all for making this easier than I thought it would be!

Finally hit 15 pounds off today… Exactly 3 months. Definitely not as fast as I would like but I definitely will take it👍

Why am I putting weight on!
Hi all from sunny Cyprus. I am really struggling and have put on 10lb in the last few months. I eat well , no takeaways love fruit and veg have cut drink out mostly. I stick to 1400 cals. I work from 8-5 3-4 days a week on my feet all day in a bakery but I don’t eat it I think I just breath in the calories! I’m too tired…

Feeling the February Blues
Gained a pound this week and am not happy. Weather is defeating me - rain, ice, slippery walking conditions and now weather too cold to go outside. What do you do to remain positive and active when cooped up?
How you all doing
I am back on track - yeah. Counting my calories again and finally managed an outside walk with the dog. Joined a Senior’s Center and will be taking a couple of fitness courses in a week. Hopefully I will survive. Tell us some of your tricks for staying on track - I would love to hear from you:)
