Hello Girls! One of my favorite verses that help me is: Isaiah 41:10 "fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." What verses speak to your heart?

Do find yourself having to come to the end of yourself before you throw up your hands in surrender? I know for me, I want to believe I'm Supergirl until I try to climb that impossible wall of weight loss and continually fall on my butt.
