SO is it just me, or are you girls/guys getting injuries from 30DS? L3 has kicked my butt! L2D2 for me, and it seemed *a bit* easier than yesterday. I'm still not squatting and lunging to 90 degrees, I'm a bit slow on the plank jacks (the devil himself designed those), and I outright suck at the double jump rope part (I'm using an actual jump rope). Eating Back Exercise Calories.
I've been told, and I've heard, all sorts of different things about exercise calories. "Eat them all back" "Only eat half back!" "Don't eat ANY back!" I'm confused. I use an HRM(with the chest strap) and I'm burning 200-550 calories a day, doing 30DS six days per week, jogging 4-5 days per week. Wouldn't eating them all…
