I've been told, and I've heard, all sorts of different things about exercise calories. "Eat them all back" "Only eat half back!" "Don't eat ANY back!"
I'm confused. I use an HRM(with the chest strap) and I'm burning 200-550 calories a day, doing 30DS six days per week, jogging 4-5 days per week.
Wouldn't eating them all back partially defeat the purpose of exercise?
Could not eating any back be bad for me?
What do you guys do? What should I do?
