WELCOME to the 2023 Fall to Winter In-Between Challenge Team: 🐦‍🔥PHOENIX🐦‍🔥!!

This is a private team for those members of PHOENIX. The RAIN DANCERS and RED HOTS will come together for the 2023 Fall into 2024 Winter In-Between Challenge (an Unofficial Team of the 5% Challenge). Here, those members of the 2023 Fall 5% Challenge who are looking to stay accountable through the time in-between the 2023 Fall and 2024 Winter Challenges. We will refer to these UNOFFICIAL 5% Challenges as 'In-Between Challenges' or 'IBC'.

Please make yourselves 'at home'!! We invite you to get to know one another, support one another and enjoy the the "IT'S SNOW FUN" IBC!! Choose how and when you wish to participate in this more relaxed format. Whether you're looking to maintain or to keep pushing hard toward your goals, join us for continued connection and accountability as we wait for the 2024 Winter 5% Challenge (our FIRST Challenge of a bright and shiny New Year-2024) to begin.
