Hi all! My name is Jan. I'm 66 and hoping to lose about 40 pounds. Starting weight (5 weeks ago) was 209. Currently at 204. Can't wait to get down under 200! I'm eating a whole foods balanced diet, keeping carbs moderate, added sugars low.
I'm a 63 year old female, and working hard to get fit. I never anticipated how hard it would be to stay fit and lose weight at this age. Plugging along, one day at a time.
Hi all. I am looking for accountability pals- I want to have 5 chocolate free days each week but it’s a real struggle for me. Anyone else want a daily checkin about anything that’s tough to do on your own? (I personally find it challenging to find these comments after I’ve made them😜- working on that!)
I'm 67 yo female, 213 top weight, 209 CW, 140 GW. Have a ways to go. Just got Type 2 diagnosis, which I hope will help with regular blood tests and metformin. I work too hard, finding excuses to not work out. It's dark and cold out there! Nevertheless, I do like weight lifting and biking, something for all seasons.
