Wow, I have earned my nine year badge. You would think I would have all this down pat by now. I remember having tickers embedded in my posts. I wish the tickers would come back. They were an instant gratification object. I wonder if other folks feel the same way?

Did you stay on track today? How many days have you been on track or reasonably on track--nobody is perfect and everyone struggles at times. It is important to do your best for that meal, day, week... :)
