Public vs. Private Food Diary
You can make your food diary public, or viewable to friends, or private by going to My Home: Settings: Diary Settings
Log Start Weight Wednesday 7/10
Log your start weight on 7/10! If you have been on MFP for awhile, reset your start weight to whatever your weight is on Wednesday 7/10 so we can see eachothers progress.
