Remember there is nothing "special" on the weight loss challenge group page, unless you post it! You should all add each other as friends, this is the way you can keep up with each others progress on the news feed. It is there, on the news feed, where you'll be able to encourage each other, see weight loss reflected each week (we are weighing in on Wednesdays), as well as food diary's completed (make this public for extra accountability), excercise logged, and etc.

Remember, you should have changed your start weight to reflect what your weight was last Wednesday, July 10... and our first official weigh in as should have been posted this morning!
