30-day Ab challenge - DONE!
Yay! Had you told me a month ago that I'd be doing a 2-minute plank by the end of August, I would've laughed. But here we are and I did it (shakily, but it is done)! Now to relax and enjoy a great Labor Day weekend! Here's to all you hard-working people with new Abs of Steel!! Cheers! :drinker:
Day 29 - only 2 left, people!!!
Day 29 - uh, half done! I still need to do the leg raises and plank. I will do them, I promise! I'm not going to get down to the last two days and then not finish! :laugh:

I did my Day 27 last night, and today is a REST day - THANK GOODNESS!!

Hi all you ab-solutely ab-challengers! I finished Day 26 last night. Almost forgot to finish, as I did the situps and crunches in the morning but was running out of time before work, so saved the leg raises and plank for later. Almost forgot I still had them to do!!! For Day 27 I'll have to do them tonight...

08/25 -- Day 25 -- DONE in two sets! Might have to make it three sets this next week.

DONE! Although I chose sleeping longer to going for a morning walk - but I made sure to do the ab work this morning!

Please don't be mad at me
I had to stop doing the challenge for 4 days. I don't know if I pushed too hard or what, but my mono got super bad Thursday night, and I'm just starting to feel better from it now. I'm really sorry! I will complete the challenge, but I will be finishing late.
Im so disappointed
I have to stop the challenge for a few days. I am pretty sure that my pelvic bone has slipped back out of place so am going to the doctors tomorrow and I am hoping that I can get it back into place and return! I am so bummed out!
