dancing is exercise

My husband and i starting ballroom dance lessons several months ago. I was amazed at how exhausting and greati feel after. Anyone else dance for exercise?

friday dance night
Ilove fridays. More now than ever because my husband and go to a dance party. Yes we ballroom dance for exercise. Cha-cha, tango and of course rumba really get the burn on. But it's also something we both like to do and has strenghtened our relationship. Dancing is ultimate partnership. Anyone else?
