is this group active anymore
Hi there I am wondering if this group is active anymore. I live in southern alberta and am a working mom too. I was hoping to find a more local mom's in the same region to help encourage each other.

I find if I get up and start exercising as soon as I get out of bed, before I have a chance to think and give myself excuses to not exercise gets it all out of the way for the day for me.
