On jan 2013 weighing my heavest ever 226 and health problems at 52. I had enough..so as of today aug 2013 I weigh 185 and still going strong..so join me and lets support each other .. and i will never give up on me again

when its hard to eat just one
:sad: I think the hardest thing for me to overcome is the fact that with certain snacks or even food it is so hard for me to just taste or eat just one without trigging that old feeling of I have to eat the whole thing...I'M working on that right now ..learning to just stop myself, so I don't feel guilty after.
