Hello - newbie here
Hiya. Not sure how active this group is but I'm an aerial person and do pole, pole silks and circus fit. Trying to work out the best way to record these in MFP because they are all strength AND Cardio. Lol. All help appreciated.

I can do this move, I can, I have, but can I get it on camera?! NO I can't - each time I have a camera ready, I slide out of it, when there is no camera, I can hold it for ages.... THIS WEEKEND I AM GETTING A PICTURE!
