Hiya. Not sure how active this group is but I'm an aerial person and do pole, pole silks and circus fit. Trying to work out the best way to record these in MFP because they are all strength AND Cardio. Lol. All help appreciated.

I have my fitbit on for hoop but I don't generally bother putting anything in for pole. I shouldn't be eating back my exercise calories anyway. (Doesn't usually stop me )0 -
Yeahy!!! I do pole I don't add exercises in MFP (my watch does it automatically so if i can't wear my watch i don't add it myself). I also don't like eating back my exercise calories as my daily allowance includes these.0

I track with my Fitbit and I do eat my exercise calories back. I find it to be pretty accurate (or at least my results seem to indicate so).
I can't seem to find an active pole or circus arts group on MFP.0
