I thought I would say hello :) I have been married almost 5 years now (with my husband for 12 years total). I started in May 2013 getting back into shape after having our 2 children (4 and 2). I am down 17lbs and trying so hard to get to that 20lb mark! Glad there is a group for us wives out there :)
Any tips on how to get back in the workout/weightloss game? I was doing SO well before my wedding. I lost a total of 7lbs, was working out (and loving it!) , eating healthy. I just got back from my honeymoon a week ago and have been eating horribly for the past 2 weeks after my wedding. I haven't worked out. It's so hard…
