How to "get back in the game?"

Any tips on how to get back in the workout/weightloss game? I was doing SO well before my wedding. I lost a total of 7lbs, was working out (and loving it!) , eating healthy. I just got back from my honeymoon a week ago and have been eating horribly for the past 2 weeks after my wedding. I haven't worked out. It's so hard for me to "restart" and "get back in."

Any tips? I don't want to regain all this weight back and then gain my motivation! I want to keep going

  • I actually went to the gym for the first time in 2-3 weeks! Felt sooo good! A few more days of this and hopefully i'll be "re-hooked"
