Anyone Short and over 50?
I am 55, 5 ft tall and new to MFP. I have weighed as much as 180lbs when I was in my early 20's. Aging brings its own set of issues, multiply that with being short. How many calories do you shorties eat?
Hey Shorties, I'm 5'2" and MFP set me to 1200 calories a day, but i don't lose very much weight or if i do its very very slowly eating this number of cals.... I tried the whole eat more to lose more but that doesn't work for me either, i just gain weight. I was wondering if any of you eat less than the recommended 1200?…

Carbs, protein, and fat ratios?
I'm struggling with what is the right ratio for me. 90g of carbs is just so low, but I haven't lost any weight since May! I've been bouncing between 1 pound lost/gain.
