Carbs, protein, and fat ratios?

I'm struggling with what is the right ratio for me. 90g of carbs is just so low, but I haven't lost any weight since May! I've been bouncing between 1 pound lost/gain. Thinking of cutting down on carbs to help boost weight loss, but I workout 6x/weeek, sometimes twice a day, and am worried of exhaustian. Plus, I'm way hungrier, so I feel like I'm not eating enough (I'm at 1200 calories @ 5'). Any recommendations/suggestions would be helpful!

    try moving up to 1400 cals and the protien gms will change. alot of people have a hard time loosing at 1200. ironically enough.
