Day 4 --- A hurdle?
So today is Day 4, and as of this writing, it's nearly 7pm and I haven't gotten my exercise in yet. It's cold outside so I don't want to walk. But I have to get something in...what to do, what to do?

Ahh...work almost got me today. I had a horrible day at work, and then when I came home, I had company, so I almost wimped out on my exercise. However, I remembered this challenge, and I was motivated. I did 20 minutes of EA Active 2 on the Wii, and since I needed more minutes, I threw in 20 minutes of Zumba for the Wii.…

More walking today...42 minutes, 2.25 miles. Think I'm going to catch a Zumba class tomorrow for a change of pace.

And so it begins. What are your exercise plans for today? I know its New Years Day and all, but we can all take 30 minutes today to get some exercise in. I'm planning on walking with my family for about an hour, but I will check in later to let you know how that worked out.
