And so it begins. What are your exercise plans for today? I know its New Years Day and all, but we can all take 30 minutes today to get some exercise in. I'm planning on walking with my family for about an hour, but I will check in later to let you know how that worked out.

Happy New Year!
My 30 (painful) minutes of exercise were spent attempting to follow a free online Zumba video (http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XMTA1NDI2MzEy.html. This was my first, and perhaps last, attempt at Zumba. All I can say is water, shower, bed! ;^\0
