I slightly jumped ahead today and did week 3 run 1. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and I managed both the 3 min runs and an extra 3mins to finish off!

Has anyone signed up for a 5K yet? I am thinking about doing a Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot or a Jingle Bell run in December.
Well maybe not quite THAT scared but I really am nervous.. what are people gonna think when they see an obese me wobbling and jogging down the street.. I'm scared of ridicule. I really AM going to do this but perhaps I need to get a map and sort out somewhere I can run unnoticed! Am I the only one with these worries? Good…
