I slightly jumped ahead today and did week 3 run 1. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and I managed both the 3 min runs and an extra 3mins to finish off!

Awesome! I'm really starting to enjoy the plan. I added a little incline to give myself a little extra push. Looking forward to finishing this week.0

I was beginning to think I was the only one left still going in this group! Level 3 run 2 down. Unfortunately I'm travelling the next four days so don't expect to see me again before Monday!0

I started my journey in September and have just finished week 7.
Really surprised that I managed to do 25 min run, although I did struggle for the last minute.
Considering I could just about do a 90 second run 7 weeks ago I feel very motivated.
Covered 4k today in 25 mins.
To everyone-keep going, the negatives now will be positives in a few weeks, believe me.0
