For me it is a huge accomplishment to fully complete the first week of Insanity! Start Dates/Rest Days
When did you start Insanity? Which day of the week is your rest day? *** I started on Saturday, November 9th. My rest day is Friday, because Friday rush hour traffic is always the worst so I get home really late and just want to sit down and rest.
Diet/Calories
Just wondering if you guys are following the diet plan too or just focusing on calories and eating enough protein? I've never stuck to a set diet plan before just because I'm quite a fussy eater but obviously the results from Insanity are so much better if you stick to the diet!
