Hey, how is everyone coming along with these grueling workouts? I did pure cardio and cardio abs tonight and it was intense. My endurance has greatly improved as I am able to do warm ups without a break which is an accomplishment for me. The push-up jacks are a killer and I had to resort to normal push ups in the last 30 secs. Always room for improvement in these workouts!
I did skip a day in between but picked up where I stopped. I'm determined to complete this program.

As tired as I was today, I pushed through and completed cardio power & resistance. Great burn and no regrets ... I'm sure I will sleep soundly tonight.0

So yesterday I didn't workout ...so I plan to do plyo this morning and squeeze in cardio recovery layer tonight.0
