So far I have dropped 4lbs since 1/1/14 and 1/2" arms, waist and hips, 1" thighs. Looking forward to this wednesday's weigh in to see the stats.

weighed in at 189 lbs..... I set some goals for myself...... do Zumba 2X a week, find my Leslie DVD to walk away the lbs/walk outside also works :) and to lift dumbbells 2X a week.... looking forward being 44 lbs lighter
