So i figured that i would just post to see how everyone is doing so far in the new year! I know that i was a lazy bum yesterday, but at least i didn't pig out:) I know that i have to get in the habit of doing a workout everyday so i think i am going to be pulling out some of my workout dvd's tonight!

Wow!
I am so amazed how many joined our journey so quick! Up to 65 members in less than 24 hours! If anyone would like to help lead the group either as an admin or a moderator feel free to let me know! I am always welcome to new additions helping out :) Niki
