Almost to the 2 Week Mark!
How is everyone feeling and doing? I have not seen any weight loss but I have incorporated weight lifting and two-a-days into my normal routine. I now complete 2-a-Days Monday - Thursday, Friday and Saturday I workout once in the morning, and Sunday is a rest day! Here is what my week will look like: Monday: 5am - C25K…
THE TRUTH - WEIGH IN TIME
OK GUYS - UNFORTUNATELY I AM UP BY 1KG (75KG) WHICH ISN'T GOOD. ADMITTEDLY I HAD ALMOST 2 WEEKS OFF TRAINING DUE TO ILLNESS - HOWEVER - I AM MORTIFIED. WHATEVER IT IS DONE I HAVE TO WORK EXTRA HARD THIS WEEK TO GET BACK TO 74KG. AS LONG AS I AM GOING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION IT'S OK. WELL THAT IS WHAT I KEEP TELLING MYSELF.…
COFFEE
i think it is best we do drink caffeine but i think we should drink no more than 2 a day as it was a real struggle today - and i do not want to fall by the wayside and end up bingeing. So i have decided to take caffeine off the list Enjoy!

Hi Just checking in to see how you are all doing. Can only be quick as this isnt my lunch break. So far the most challenging thing today has been no caffeine :grumble: But i am sure tomorrow will be easier - its amazing how we rely on caffeine to get us through the day. leannex
