Hey! Thought I'd say hello since I'm new to the group This group description could have been written by me, it's so similiar to my situation. Exercise Diary: Mon 3 March to Sun 9 March
My exercise plan for this week is as follows: Monday - JM NMTZ Tuesday - 10k app - week 2 day 1 Wednesday - JM NMTZ Thursday - 10k app - week 2 day 2 Friday - Rest day Saturday - Rest day Sunday - 10k app - week 2 day 3
First Measure: 3rd March 2014
So these are my first measurements YUK.
