Monday - JM NMTZ
Tuesday - 10k app - week 2 day 1
Wednesday - JM NMTZ
Thursday - 10k app - week 2 day 2
Friday - Rest day
Saturday - Rest day
Sunday - 10k app - week 2 day 3

    Hello! I'm doing ripped in 30 on day 4 today and a 10 k running program today is week two day two and I want to add Pilates to my schedule too. Feel free to add me as a friend as I probably won't get on the groups much

    Good luck on your journey.

    I have since been told that I can no longer run - it is not good for my back / hip!!

    So I am doing circuit training alongside Pilates and Power Yoga!! :-)
