Challenges after surgery
I had sleeve surgery three years ago and my goal is to lose 150 pounds. I lost 100 pounds in 2 years and then I seem to be going up and down with the same 10 pounds. I do kickboxing 3 to 4 days a week for 30 minutes and I still follow my sleeve food plan. I’m not sure how to get moving and get this last amount of weight…
Sugar addiction
I find myself always fighting the urge to eat some form of sugar. Sometimes a Snickers bar sometimes a biscuit. It irritates me that it has such a hold on me. I'm trying to use stevia as I've read all kinds of bad things about the stuff in the pink, yellow and blue packets. Anyone else finding this daily struggle…
