I'm going out of town this weekend, but then I'm planning on starting up again when I get back next week. Anyone else still at it? I've never actually finished it, and I'm really interested in finishing this time around, so support is something I'm hoping to find. :flowerforyou:

Welcome to all our newest group members! We found a program that works and we are going to stick with it. I am currently on week 2 day 2. I missed week 1 day 4's workout, I was pretty sore. I will make up for it!
